IVC Refund Policy

Once the payment is received, the client is considered to have contracted the IVC immigration specialist service to be assisted in the international travel visa issuing process.

ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN STARTED AND PROVIDED TO YOU, THE AMOUNT PAIED CAN NOT BE REFUNDED, even if you have changed your mind, do not want it anymore or your visa has not been approved by the consulate or embassy which was applied in. The client will be entitled to a refund of the consular and the IVC service fees ONLY in case the service has not been started or provided yet. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the IVC website, you are aware that the consular and IVC service fees will only be refunded in the terms described above. In case the payment was made by credit card, the funds will be returned to the credit card used for the payment. If this card is no longer valid, you will be responsible for making arrangements with your bank or credit provider to have the funds transferred.

IVC is not responsible for non approved visas as the approval process is the consulates and embassies responsibility.

All refund requests received will be analyzed and processed within 72 hours of the initial request.

The refund request reason.

Your full name (as it appears on your passport).

The email used to register on this site.
